About the staff

Brian "Viking" Holt

With over 45 years of hands-on construction experience, I’ve built homes and commercial structures from the ground up. I’ve also spent the past 22 years serving as a first responder in the aftermath of natural disasters—most notably hurricanes—where I’ve expanded my skill set into cell tower work, disaster mitigation, and emergency response.

At age 20, I joined the United States Air Force, where I proudly served during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. During my time in the Air Force, I also competed as a powerlifter and developed a lifelong passion for strength sports. After my service, I became a competitive bodybuilder and later a professional Strongman, with multiple appearances on ESPN. My drive to compete and improve has always fueled my work ethic.

For approximately 15 years, I owned and operated a marine construction business in South Carolina, further deepening my understanding of coastal infrastructure and resilience. In every phase of my career, I’ve embraced hard work, leadership, and the pursuit of excellence.

I believe in showing up every day better than the day before and deeply value employees and teammates who do the same. I’m honored to bring my experience, energy, and commitment to excellence to every project I’m part of.

I’m also a proud husband and father of four incredible kids. My wife and I have been together for 26 years, and we’re more in love today than ever before.

I’m honored to work for you, and I aim to give you my best—every time.
